3. I don't know what size will fit my vehicle. How do I measure it to get the right size?
All graphics kits are sold in standard sizes to fit virtually any car, truck, SUV, etc...The best way to determine which size you need is to measure the area of your vehicle that you want the decal to cover. Also, on all graphics pages there is a kit size listed below the picture. This is a good reference to give you an idea of sizing.

RETURN POLICY
5. I received my order and I don't like the color/size I ordered. Can I reurn my decals?

All decals are manufactured on an order by order basis. In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns. If a mistake has been made on our part, we will correct it immediately. If there is a problem, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide a replacement. Mistakes made during the installation process are not exchangeable. Please consider all sales final. Further, if you're not sure if a particular graphic is for you; DO NOT order it thinking you can exchange it for something else. We have recently been getting some people who order something and change their mind and want to exchange it for something else.  This is the same as a return as items are made to order and will be treated as so. Any items mailed back to us without an RA number will be refused. Further, ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. To make things very simple; ONLY order when you are sure of the graphic you want, the size you want it in, and the color desired. SPECIAL ORDER COLORS ARE NEVER RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. After ordering you will receive an order confirmation from us; reveiew it and make sure everything is correct(size, color,etc...) as this is not an excuse to return an item. If any thing is wrong CONTACT US: https://rjwmotorsports.com/contact-us/

6. How long will my graphics last? Do they come with a warranty?

All graphics kits are made out of high performace vinyl that is rated for 7+years(or more) based on "normal use". "Normal use" is often defined by vinyl manufacturers as perfect conditions for longevity and wear. No vinyl manufacturer offers any type of  warranty on horizontal applications(hood, roofs, etc.) unless explicitly stated. Horizontal applications will shorten the lifespan of ALL vinyl regardless of brand. Many factors affect the longevity of vinyl including but not limited to: installation procedure, weather, sun exposure, chemical and/or pollutant exposure, automatic car washes and/or pressure washes, certain cleaning products/waxes, etc.

That being said, we cannot offer a warranty on striping due to the many factors that are beyond our control and the fact that vinyl manufacturers will not warrant certain applications. However, we do stand behind our products and if you feel there is a problem or issue with a set of stripes purchased from us, we will do our best to help rectify the situation at our discretion. This in no way indicates any type of liability or warranty and is purely on a case by case basis.

7. What brand of vinyl do you use?
We use Oracal, 3M, and Avery depending on availability/colors/kit. Certain kits are made of specific brands and will be noted in product description. All other kits are made from brand/color that we see fit and suitable for the specific application.

~~~~~~~
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING GRAPHICS USING THE “WET METHOD”. WE RECOMMEND HAVING 2 PEOPLE INSTALL LARGE KITS.
TOOLS REQUIRED: Spray bottle full of water with 2 drops of dishwashing liquid, razor blade, squeegee, heat gun or blow dryer, tape measure or yardstick.
You should only attempt installing outside when temperature is at least 60 degrees. Avoid installing in direct sunlight.
STEPS
1. Thoroughly clean entire surface of vehicle. Be sure area to receive graphics is extra clean; remove any tar or other residue. It’s preferable for the car to have been waxed within the last few months, however, do not wax car right before applying graphics; the surface will be too smooth for vinyl to adhere correctly. If the vehicle has just been waxed it is HIGHLY recommended that you remove the wax with a wax remover available at any auto parts store.
2. Hold graphic/stripe next to vehicle to figure out best placement.
3. Wet the area of the vehicle receiving the graphic.
4. Carefully, peel off backing of sticker.
5. Spray the tacky part of graphic thoroughly with the water solution. At this point both the graphic and car should be reasonably wet. Place the graphic on the vehicle where you want it and slide it into place.
6. Use the squeegee to smooth out the graphic and remove the water and bubbles.
7. After going over the graphic with the squeegee a few times, let the graphic sit for about 5 minutes then squeegee it again.
8. Very CAREFULLY and SLOWLY peel tape off at about a 130 degree angle (not quite on top itself).
9. Once the pre mask is removed wet the graphic again and squeegee out any other bubbles. If necessary, a bubble can be popped by using a pin and working out the air or liquid trapped beneath the graphic.
10. Use the razor knife to trim and cut between all edges, doors, hood, gas tank, etc.
11. To dry edges, hold the heat gun or blow dryer, set at low heat, about 8-12 inches away from graphic and make a few steady passes over the surface then tuck the edges. KEEP THE HEAT GUN/HAIR DRYER MOVING AT ALL TIMES AND BE SURE ENTIRE GRAPHIC HAS BEEN APPLIED.
12. Carefully wipe off any extra water and do not wash or wax the car for 24 hours. Avoid driving in rain, snow, or freezing temperatures for 24 hours. The graphics will not come off after installation so if it’s a nice day take it for a ride.
13. The next day, check all edges for lifting by rubbing over them with you finger.
APPLYING WINDSHIELD DECALS
TOOLS REQUIRED: Windex(or other glass cleaner), towel, razor blade, squeegee(or driver’s license, etc…), heat gun or blow dryer, tape measure or yardstick, masking tape.
You may notice a slight curve in the decal. Due to the curve of the glass, this is added so that the decal appears to run straight across the windshield.
STEPS
1. Thoroughly clean entire surface where decal is to be applied. Be sure area to receive graphics is extra clean; remove any tar or other residue.
2. Hold graphic/stripe next to vehicle to figure out best placement then place a piece of tape at either end to hold decal in place.
3. Once satisfied with placement, take another piece of tape and run it vertically across the middle of the decal so that is touching the glass on both sides and make sure it is secure.
4. Take either end of the decal and fold back to the tape so it is laying upon itself. Carefully, peel off the backing paper of that half of the sticker and with a razor blade cut and discard the paper.
5. What you should have at this point is the decal folded in half with half of it ready to be applied.
6. Take the exposed end of the decal and fold it back where it originally started making sure not to let it touch the glass. The piece of tape in the middle will act like a hinge placing the decal where you originally wanted it. Starting at the middle(where the tape is), slowly but firmly press the decal onto the windshield with a driver’s license(or similar squeegee) all the way to the end. Do not force graphic into place as this may cause wrinkling, rather, let the application tape guide its placement. Be sure on placement before applying because once graphic is applied you cannot take it off without damaging it. Go over that entire half with your license.
7. Remove the tape from the other side and the center and fold that half on top of the other half that is now applied. You won’t have to cut the paper this time, simply peel it off form the back. Repeat the application process.
8. Once decal is fully applied, very CAREFULLY and SLOWLY peel pre mask tape off at about a 130 degree angle (not quite on top itself).
9. Once the pre mask is removed, squeegee out any bubbles. If necessary, a bubble can be popped by using a pin and working out the air trapped beneath the graphic.
10. That’s it! Wipe windshield clean with Windex to remove finger prints and enjoy!
